8/17/2023 0 Comments Cybertown stockholmit was quite fun when it comes to friends and boys because I was quite popular since I was from Sweden. I was at some point in Love with Michael and Shane, but nothing happened. My best friends were Jessica, Karen, Michael, Jeffry and Rachel and in the second grade I was togethor with Gordon. When it comes to school, I went to "Beechwood school". We mostly hung out with the Hollets (Sashas family) but we also had some other friends, mostly Swedish families in Canada ironically. We even taught them how to celebrate midsummer, which is a Swedish holiday. we celebrated most holidays with them, since we didn't have any family in Canada, but we went home(to Sweden) for Christmas and New Years. Sashas family and my family soon became very good friends. Later, they were married with me as a priest and Sasha as a flower girl. She lived across the street and she had a little sister, Camille, which martin became friends with. We now settled down and enjoyed (hmmmmm) the Canadian winter. We lived in an hotel in Quebec, Montreal for about 6 weeks, while we were house shopping. We were kind of chocked and it was god that we atleast were prepared with warm clothes. we had come from Stockholm, were it was gray and about 0 degrees, to Canada were there was a lot of snow and ca -30 degrees. Well, the first thing I remember about it is that it was very cold. So how about Canada.how was it to move there. Another difference is that it is I who have written the later one and mom that as written the first one. One main differnece between these two pages is that one is written in Swedish and one is written in English. There is a big gap in my diary 1989-1990, but I guess I just didn't feel like writing then. It is quite interesteing to read your old diary notes because you get out a lot of information that you usually would't remember. I will miss all my friends bur we are going to write each other letters. "Stockholm 27/12-88, Dear diary, today i went to the daycare" "15/1-89, Dear diary, Goodnight dear diay" "Dear diary, i went to the movies today and say SOS (swedish movie with Lasse Åberg) goodnight" Goodnight dear diary" "25/12-88, Today i was over at Grandma and Grandpas (Dad's parents) and ate some cookies. Today it was christmas eve and Santa came and I got what I have always wanted, one of thiose things that a my little poney can stand in and another my little poney. Here is what I have written:" Stockholm 24/12-88 (actually my mother wrote what i said) Dear diary, I actuallt have an old diary note from the days before we move, since I got a diary from my cousin Michael on Christmas eve. Naturallt Tove, kalles little sister, and martin, my little brother, became quite good friends and they went to the same part of th daycare, "lingonet", which is a kind of berry.Īt five years of age, my family and I moved to Canadam through my fathers work. Marie, kalles mamma, also became pregnent and so kalle got a baby sibling (but a girl) one month later then I. When i was about three years i got a little brother. Later, Kalles and my parents became quite good friends and I guess that I am the one to thank for that. he told his parents which called my parents and it bacame a date. When I was two years old I invited Kalle to my house to have supper, since I was very good at talking. We were the daycare gang and loved playing "House". I don't remember so much from the early years in daycare, but I know that i eventually started hanging out with Ida, Kalle Daniella, Linda and Nori. I do however remember that my part of the daycare was called "Stjärnan", which means "The star". I do not remember what it was called, but it was situated in bredäng and it was a greeen building. When i was eight months, I started daycare. I guess Dad took good care of me since I have no permanent damages, atleast not that I know of. I had to stay at a hospital for about a week and then things went okej. Bad luck for Dad on his first "father-free"ĭay. it later turmed out that I had an ear infection. My mother came home to us, but I just kept on screaming. The first day i cried all the time and my father thought that I couldn't bare to be without my mother and panically called her at work. When i was about six months, it was my fathers turn to be home with me instead of my mother. Älvsjö and my mother worked as a blodanalyctiker in the Swedish hospital St.Göran. In Bredäng, we lived in a three room appartment. My parents names are Elisabeth and Christer. I was born in Bredäng,( Stockholm, Sweden), on the 20th of February 1983.
